We offer a full graphic design service for customers whose advert is not already available in an electronic format. This usually incurs a one-off charge of £30.
If your artwork needs to be created or adapted by our Graphic Designer please allow an extra 4 days before copy deadline.
Copy deadline is usually 15th of the preceding month to publication.
This means we need your print ready copy by close of business on this date.
Advertisers wishing to provide their own artwork should supply the copy by email. Files should be supplied as either a JPEG or high resolution PDF. All images should be supplied as high resolution 300 dpi. The publisher reserves the right to reject materials supplied for advertising if the quality or content is not satisfactory.

Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality and relevance. Every day, we receive many emails, therefore to avoid any elements of your feature being missed, it is important that we receive your copy and images in one submission with everything as attachments, not within the body of the email. Please be aware we have a 20MB email limit. If your email exceeds 20MB please send via www.wetransfer.com or Dropbox.
